CADDIE CORNER OPEN COMPETITION REGISTRATION & RULES SHEET

Effective date: October 1, 2026 | Version: 6.0 (approved September 30, 2026)

Standalone public skill programs

The Caddie Corner, LLC | 650 W Tuscarawas Ave, Barberton, OH 44203

Use for a Caddie Corner-hosted public tournament, closest-to-pin challenge, racing time trial, darts competition or other separately sold public skill program. A privately contracted hosted challenge uses the Event Rental Agreement and accepted event format. Recurring leagues use Documents 09-10. Complete the highlighted competition details before sign-ups open; the golf league's $750 price, registration service-charge exemption and fourteen-day withdrawal rule do not automatically apply to a standalone competition.

1. Entry, purchase and governing terms

Each player signs up in the Caddie Corner app. Sign-up requires affirmative acceptance of this completed sheet and applicable facility terms, and each player accepts their own participant waiver at sign-up. A player signs only for their own participation; permitted minors use the parent/legal-guardian process. Signing up is free, and there is no charge for signing up and not attending. The entry fee is $5 per player, including in team formats, paid at the contest at the venue through the Toast point of sale at check-in. Pro members with an active membership enter free. No online payment is taken for a competition entry. No future event or membership renewal is authorized. A captain does not automatically guarantee teammate conduct or waive anyone else's rights.

Golf/sports bays have a maximum of six occupants; racing bays and dart bays each have a maximum of four occupants. Everyone physically in a bay counts, including spectators, supervising adults, and staff entering to assist. Bay occupancy is not simultaneous active-player capacity. Racing participants must be age 12+, subject to installed-equipment restrictions. All ages are welcome during staffed hours; under-18s require adult supervision. Public competition play and official replacement attempts are staffed; entry never grants unattended access or credential sharing. No drinks in racing bays.

The 18% service charge does not apply to competition entry fees. Separately purchased food and drinks and ordinary bay rentals keep their disclosed group treatment, including the 18% service charge for parties of eight or more.

All bay play stops five minutes before the reserved ending time. Complete cleanup and vacate by that time; late arrival never extends it. Published official attempt limits do not expand merely because personal bay time is purchased.

2. Required published competition details

3. Fair attempts, retries and finality

Only attempts inside the supervised published format count. Extra paid tries are allowed only if this completed sheet expressly offers a maximum, price, deadline and counted-result method before sign-ups open. A bay/app extension is not an extra official attempt. Use equal stated conditions and an attempt ledger. Do not change best-score, cumulative-score or qualification rules after viewing entries.

No retry for a poor shot/lap/throw, tactical choice, wrong selection, accidental button press or distraction. Only the designated official may authorize one restart of the smallest materially affected segment after verifying an equipment, software, controller, network or locked-setup failure. Report promptly; preserve unaffected results and avoid replaying an entire field unnecessarily. A second verified failure invokes the outage procedure, not unlimited retries. Practice attempts never become official retrospectively.

The system's official score controls unless a verified error supports correction. Raise observable issues promptly and use the published written deadline; without a separately accepted shorter competition deadline, the default is 24 hours after provisional results. Reliable latent arithmetic/transcription/device errors may be corrected consistently with written notice. This is not another performance attempt. The official's recreational decision does not shorten legal/payment rights.

4. Cancellations, minimum enrollment and venue failures

Entry fees are paid only at the contest, so voluntary withdrawal before the contest involves no charge and no refund. A player may withdraw in the app or tell a manager at check-in; there is no charge for signing up and not attending. Ordinary bay 48/24-hour bands and saved-card late-cancel/no-show fees, private-event deposits, membership setup fees and the golf league cutoff do not apply to competition sign-ups. No unlisted administration/processing fee. Other questions/absence notices use the official channel.

If the advertised minimum is not reached, cancel the competition and notify sign-ups through the app; no one is charged. Another date/format may be offered, but a material change need not be accepted. A waitlisted person is not charged. Do not promise/retain an award pool for a program that never launches.

For a verified venue failure, pause up to fifteen minutes, then provide an equivalent approved station, restore the affected attempt, or use an accepted contingency/mutually agreed replacement. A customer may decline a material new date/format. If the purchased competition cannot finish fairly, refund undelivered participation value to its payer or offer optional credit. A partial attempt unable to produce the purchased valid result is not automatically delivered. Use prepublished attempt/round allocations; do not invent a nonrefundable split after failure.

Completing the accepted official format means unused optional practice or personal lateness is not venue downtime. A display failure does not require cancellation if reliable official/manual scoring continues. Company failure does not trigger customer no-show penalties, and purchasing replacement time is not a condition of an owed remedy. Initiate approved refunds to the original payer's original method within ten business days, subject to shorter required periods. Bank posting may differ; reconcile corresponding tax/applicable service, with no undisclosed processing fee or duplicate refund.

5. Conduct, awards and privacy

Follow General Facility Terms on safety, conduct, damage and lawful admission. No alcohol prize or drinking contest. Prizes are Caddie Corner gift cards (Toast gift cards) issued by staff after the official result is final and governed by the Caddie Corner Gift Card Terms, including any terms that apply to prize cards. The completed sheet states each prize value and qualification before sign-ups open. A blank form does not approve a fee/prize arrangement; cash/value or chance-based elements need appropriate review before sign-ups open.

Removal may invalidate results under the published rule but does not determine every refund. Delivered/underway participation is not automatically refundable for removal except where required or under a separate failure remedy. Refund affected future unstarted participation the Company ends and will not supply, using the accepted allocation. A per-team entry that continues with eligible players is not automatically fully refundable because one person was removed. Damage uses the documented assessment procedure, not an arbitrary fine.

Required internal score records are distinct from public identification. Obtain the separate leaderboard permission for public names/scores/photos and use a non-identifying ID when declined. Marketing images, email and texts each have their own optional permission. Surveillance is not promotional consent. A participant may compete without agreeing to marketing use of their likeness.
