This schedule accompanies the Membership Agreement. Select the tier and monthly or annual-prepaid option, complete the transaction-specific disclosures, and retain the version accepted at enrollment. Prices below are dues before applicable tax; simulator rentals and other purchases remain separate.

Through February 20, 2027, the general public, Caddie Card members, and Pro members may all book ordinary bays up to 21 days (three weeks) ahead. After February 20, 2027, the general public may book 14 days (two weeks) ahead, Caddie Card members 21 days (three weeks) ahead, and Pro members 28 days (four weeks) ahead. Longer member windows do not guarantee availability. Bay time is billed in half-hour units. Bay reservations have a one-hour minimum and no fixed maximum hours/bays subject to availability. Staffed-hours reservations are not charged in the app; each requires a card saved on file, charged only for a late cancellation or no-show, and bay time is paid in Toast at the venue. Golf/sports bays have a maximum of six occupants; racing bays and dart bays each have a maximum of four occupants. Everyone physically in a bay counts, including spectators, supervising adults, and staff entering to assist. Bay occupancy is not simultaneous active-player capacity. Play stops five minutes before the reservation end, including league sessions.
Birthday offers vary and are subject to change; they may include discounted appetizers, merchandise, or bay rentals. The actual offer, redemption period, and conditions are stated when issued. No fixed item or discount is guaranteed. Member event bay discounts are as stated below and itemized in the accepted quote.
Pro is the Tier 2 membership and Caddie Card is the Tier 1 membership. An active Pro booking member receives 10% off the itemized bay-rental cost in an eligible private event. An active Caddie Card or Pro booking member receives the 10% Fantasy Draft discount on the itemized bay-rental cost of a qualifying Fantasy Draft Night. When both event discounts apply, add them: 10% + 10% = 20% off the same original eligible bay-rental amount, not sequential 19% savings. The booking member must be present when using benefits. Nonmembers receive neither event discount.
These event percentages apply only to bay costs, including the expressly itemized bay component of a package. They do not discount food, beverages, food-and-beverage minimums or shortfalls, table/room or exclusivity charges, hosting, branding/boards, awards, merchandise, vendor fees, service charges, or tax. A table-only Draft Night with no bay rental has no bay charge to discount. Any separately applicable staffed-hours hourly or retail membership benefit is separately itemized in the accepted quote; the two event percentages do not create a discount on non-bay items.
Contracted private events use an up-to-90-day process with agreement, deposit and confirmation. Public leagues and competitions follow their own enrollment calendars. Membership dues do not include league registration or other program purchases.

Annual dues calculation: monthly dues x 12 x 85%, rounded to cents ($9.99 x 12 x 85% = $101.90; $79.99 x 12 x 85% = $815.90). Monthly plans renew on the first of each month with a prorated initial partial month. Annual-prepaid plans renew on the activation anniversary, not on the first-of-month cycle. Applicable tax and actual amounts due are shown before authorization.
A Caddie Card member upgrading to Pro pays the $19 difference between the $29 Pro and $10 Caddie Card setup fees, plus the difference in monthly dues prorated for the rest of the current billing period. A Pro member downgrading to Caddie Card keeps Pro benefits through the current paid-through date; the downgrade takes effect at the next renewal at the Caddie Card rate for the selected monthly or annual option. No rejoin fee applies to a member who cancels and later rejoins.
Monthly voluntary nonrenewal preserves eligibility through the paid-through date without refunding unused days of the paid month. An annual early termination refunds the unused prorated annual amount actually paid less the disclosed setup-equivalent fee. An annual nonrenewal simply stops the next annual charge; separate service-failure/suspension/closure remedies remain available under the Membership Agreement.

Annual cancellation details above must be completed and disclosed before accepting an annual purchase. The annual setup-fee waiver is not a waiver of the separately stated voluntary early-cancellation deduction. The general legal documents do not fix future membership prices; accepted enrollment amounts and the thirty-day change-notice rules control.
4. Separate affirmative acceptances
