Caddie Corner After-Hours Golf Access Addendum
Effective date: October 1, 2026 | Version: 6.0 (approved September 30, 2026)
This Addendum is between The Caddie Corner, LLC, doing business as Caddie Corner ("Company"), and the individual member identified below ("Member" or "you"). Facility: 650 W Tuscarawas Ave, Barberton, OH 44203. Each After-Hours Guest (defined in Section 4) who accepts this Addendum is also bound by it for their own after-hours participation, and references to "you" in Sections 3, 5, and 8 through 13 include that After-Hours Guest.
It supplements the Caddie Corner membership agreement, accepted facility terms and participant waiver. The Privacy Policy describes data practices. For after-hours eligibility, guest rules, access, and security, this Addendum controls over inconsistent general facility language. It does not authorize anyone else to use your membership or credentials, or add recurring charges beyond those separately accepted.
1. Eligibility and individual membership
After-hours access is available beginning January 2027, on the first date the Company publishes in the booking system. Only a person age 18 or older who holds an active, paid Tier 2 golf membership in their own name may book and host an after-hours reservation (the "booking Pro member"). A regular-hours membership, reservation, event invitation, family relationship, or payment by another member does not confer eligibility to book or host after hours.
Each booking Pro member must complete identity and age verification, accept the applicable agreements and participant waiver, and complete the required online safety and access orientation through the portal/app before credentials are activated. The booking Pro member must remain present for the entire reservation.
Qualifying tier: Tier 2 - Pro / 24/7 Golf Membership, paid monthly or annually. Tier 1 members and nonmembers may not book or host after-hours reservations. They may attend after hours only as an After-Hours Guest who meets every requirement of Section 4.
2. What membership provides
The membership fee provides eligibility to reserve designated golf simulators during available after-hours periods at the after-hours member rate stated in Section 6. Every reservation is charged separately. Monthly or annual dues do not include free simulator time, unlimited play, prepaid hours, or monthly credits. Nothing accrues or rolls over merely because you do not book or attend.
The Membership Agreement and selected Benefits & Enrollment Schedule govern dues, setup charges, renewal, suspension, and termination. Monthly plans renew on the published monthly cycle, currently the first of each month, with a prorated initial partial month. Annual prepayment receives 15% off twelve monthly dues payments, waives the setup charge, and automatically renews in twelve-month terms from activation.
Monthly cancellation stops the next renewal and preserves eligibility through the paid-through date without a voluntary nonuse refund. Early termination of an annual-prepaid term produces the unused prorated annual dues refund less the disclosed setup-fee-equivalent cancellation fee. Annual nonrenewal at the paid-through date is different from early termination. A failed payment disables benefits/access immediately even during the fourteen-day resolution grace period; no late fee applies.
When a member submits a membership-cancellation request, all then-existing, unstarted after-hours reservations on that account are canceled. The Section 7 refund percentages apply to the full prepaid booking charge, including any guest fees, measured from receipt of that request to each reservation start: more than 48 hours, 100% refund; 24 through 48 hours inclusive, 50% refund; less than 24 hours or a no-show, no refund. Membership cancellation does not override these percentages. Normal-hours reservations are not automatically canceled. While eligibility remains active through a paid-through date, the member may make new reservations for that remaining eligible period; those bookings follow the ordinary policy. No reservation may be used after eligibility ends.
3. Golf-only, reservation-based access
After-hours access is golf only. It is limited to designated golf bays and the approved routes to the entrance, exit, and available restrooms. Racing simulators, dart systems, the bar, kitchen, storage, offices, and all other restricted areas are unavailable after hours. No food, beverage, staffing, or other amenity is included unless expressly offered for that reservation.
"After hours" means the unstaffed periods published in the booking system during which only booking Pro members and their registered After-Hours Guests may use a reserved golf bay. It does not mean unrestricted use of the entire facility at any time. A qualifying membership does not guarantee an available bay or uninterrupted access.
4. After-hours guests
4.1 Who may attend. The only people who may be present for after-hours recreation are the booking Pro member and the guests registered on that booking under this Section ("After-Hours Guests"). This includes anyone who is only watching. Anyone else, including a Tier 1 member or another Pro member who is not the booking Pro member or a registered After-Hours Guest on that booking, may not enter or remain.
4.2 Guest requirements. Each After-Hours Guest must:
(a) be age 18 or older;
(b) have their own Caddie Corner account in their own name;
(c) have accepted the participant waiver and this Addendum when creating that account; and
(d) be registered on the specific after-hours booking, with the guest fee paid, before the reservation starts.
A person who does not meet every requirement may not attend. A booking Pro member may not accept the waiver or this Addendum on a guest's behalf.
4.3 Guest fee. The guest fee is $15 per After-Hours Guest. It is paid in the app with the booking and follows the Section 7 cancellation and refund terms.
4.4 Presence and capacity. The booking Pro member must be present for the entire reservation. That means arriving before or with the After-Hours Guests, remaining on site while any guest is present, and leaving no later than the last guest. After-Hours Guests may not enter before the booking Pro member arrives or remain after the booking Pro member leaves. If the booking Pro member must leave early, every After-Hours Guest must leave at the same time. A golf bay may hold no more than six (6) people after hours, counting the booking Pro member and everyone else physically present.
4.5 Member responsibility for guests. The booking Pro member is responsible for their After-Hours Guests' compliance with this Addendum, the Facility Terms, and posted rules during the reservation. This includes making sure that:
(a) only registered After-Hours Guests are admitted;
(b) each guest completes their own entry/check-in;
(c) guests stay in the reserved golf bay and approved routes;
(d) guests bring in and consume no alcohol;
(e) guests follow safe-swing and equipment rules; and
(f) all guests leave by the authorized ending time.
A violation by an After-Hours Guest is treated as a violation by the booking Pro member for purposes of access discipline under Section 12, in addition to any action the Company takes against the guest. Financial responsibility for damage is governed by Section 11. Nothing in this Section makes the booking Pro member an automatic guarantor of every loss caused by an After-Hours Guest. The booking Pro member remains responsible for losses caused by their own failure to meet the obligations in this Section, and each After-Hours Guest remains responsible for their own conduct.
4.6 Individual entry and check-in. Each After-Hours Guest must complete their own entry/check-in through the procedure shown in the booking system for that reservation. Registering a guest on a booking never permits sharing a membership, account, or access credential. The booking Pro member may not check others in and leave them to use the reservation.
4.7 Staffed hours and non-recreational visitors. Guests during normal staffed operating hours must use the normal guest registration, reservation, payment, and waiver procedures. Those procedures do not create after-hours eligibility. Authorized emergency responders and Company personnel are not recreational guests. Any access accommodation required by law must be coordinated with the Company, not self-authorized by a member or guest.
5. Credentials, doors, and account security
The booking Pro member's physical Caddie Corner member card opens the building entrance for an after-hours reservation. The golf bay unlocks with a bay code the Company issues for that specific after-hours booking. A bay code is valid only for its booking and bay. Share it with no one other than the After-Hours Guests registered on that booking, and do not reuse, post, or forward it.
Memberships, accounts, member cards, PINs, bay codes, digital keys, QR codes, key cards, and other access credentials are personal and nontransferable. Do not lend, sell, share, post, copy, or permit another person to use them, except that a bay code may be shared as stated above. Do not book through another member's account, impersonate a member, or allow a substitute user.
The booking Pro member may admit through the building entrance only After-Hours Guests registered on that booking. Do not prop open an exterior door, admit anyone else, bypass entry/check-in, or knowingly permit tailgating. Make sure doors close and latch after entry and exit, without obstructing an emergency exit or anyone's safe departure. Do not cover, disconnect, or tamper with locks, readers, cameras, alarms, or network equipment.
Report lost, stolen, or suspected compromised credentials or bay codes promptly upon discovery through the contact methods in Section 13. Caddie Corner may disable credentials or bay codes while investigating or securing the account. A credential or code record is evidence of access. By itself, it does not make a member financially responsible for every act committed by an unknown person. Responsibility depends on the member's conduct and the applicable agreement and law.
6. Reservations, rates, and permitted use
Through February 20, 2027, ordinary bay reservations may be made up to twenty-one (21) days ahead by the general public, Tier 1 members, and Tier 2 members. After February 20, 2027, the windows are fourteen (14) days for the general public, twenty-one (21) days for Tier 1 members, and twenty-eight (28) days for Tier 2 members. These windows apply to the selected tier whether dues are paid monthly or annually. Availability is not guaranteed. Tier 1 advance booking does not authorize after-hours booking or hosting.
The after-hours golf rate is $35 per hour, billed in half-hour units, plus $15 per registered After-Hours Guest. The full booking charge, including guest fees, is prepaid in the app when the booking is made. A booking is not confirmed until payment succeeds.
Bay reservations have a one-hour minimum and no fixed maximum number of booked hours or bays, subject to availability, operating periods and safe use. Each authorized after-hours golf bay has a maximum of six occupants, including the booking Pro member and everyone else physically present. Only one person may swing in the hitting area at a time. Racing and darts are not authorized after hours. Staffed hours and entry/departure windows are published in the booking system.
All golf, racing, and dart bay play must stop five (5) minutes before the scheduled reservation ending time. The final five minutes are reserved for collecting belongings, returning equipment, removing trash, and cleanup; the bay must be vacated by the scheduled ending time. This cleanup period is included in the purchased reservation, not added after it. A 7:00-8:00 p.m. reservation stops play at 7:55 p.m. and is vacated by 8:00 p.m. Late arrival does not extend either cutoff. This rule applies to ordinary rentals, member rentals, contracted private events, leagues, and public competitions. A two-hour league block provides up to 115 minutes before cleanup, not two uninterrupted hours of play. Official public league sessions are not personal unattended-access reservations.
Available paid extensions may be offered through the bay system or app. The added duration and price are presented at the point of sale and must be accepted before additional time is purchased. An offer alone does not extend the reservation. An accepted extension updates the authorized ending time, with play ending five minutes before that revised time. Paid extensions are separate from no-charge extensions issued to replace verified service-failure time.
Leave the facility promptly after the authorized access period ends; permitted entry/exit windows are shown in the booking system.
Member booking rates and guest fees may change prospectively. The total displayed and accepted when a reservation is confirmed controls that reservation; a later rate change does not retroactively increase an existing confirmed booking. Membership-fee changes, if any, are addressed separately in the Membership Agreement. A qualifying reservation crossing staffed and after-hours periods is priced by the respective time portions at the rates displayed before purchase. Only the booking Pro member and registered After-Hours Guests may remain for the after-hours portion.
No commercial use, resale, paid instruction, subletting, third-party hosting, unauthorized events, or selling access, reserved time, or guest places. Do not create fraudulent reservations or use another account to evade booking limits. Caddie Corner may close affected areas for safety, maintenance, emergency, or other disclosed operational reasons.
League registration, a team roster or substitute approval does not confer after-hours eligibility. Official public-program play and venue-directed recovery are scheduled during staffed access. Participant-requested league makeups are not offered. Unattended personal practice is a separately purchased ordinary member rental, not an official league score or recovery session.
7. Reservation cancellations and no-shows
The following applies to prepaid after-hours golf bookings, including the bay charge and any guest fees paid with the booking ("prepaid booking charge"). It does not apply to membership dues, activation fees, or separately contracted events. Time is measured from receipt of cancellation to the scheduled reservation start, using the facility's local time (America/New_York).
| Cancellation received | Refund of prepaid booking charge |
|---|---|
| More than 48 hours before the start | 100%; no cancellation charge. |
| From 24 through 48 hours before the start, including exactly 24 or 48 hours | 50%; the remaining 50% is retained. |
| Less than 24 hours before the start, or a no-show | No refund. |
Submit cancellations through the online portal/app or directly to a manager at the check-in counter. The successful online-submission timestamp or the time a manager receives an in-person request controls. Online requests count outside staffed hours; delayed staff acknowledgment does not worsen the refund band. Obtain and retain the cancellation confirmation. Moving a reservation follows the ordinary cancellation schedule based on the original start, unless the Company expressly approves an exception.
Bookings canceled by a membership-cancellation request follow the same percentages above; there is no special full-refund override. Any retained amount is part of the agreed booking price, not a duplicate fee. Approved monetary refunds are initiated to the original payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to any shorter legally required period. Bank posting times may differ. Corresponding taxes and affected transaction charges are adjusted as applicable. No undisclosed processing fee is deducted.
8. Equipment interruption and lost playing time
Report a simulator or bay failure promptly and stop unsafe use. Only Caddie Corner may authorize a replacement-time extension. No extension may displace another reservation or bypass access controls.
For verified unusable playing time caused by a service failure not attributable to the customer, Caddie Corner will authorize a no-charge extension when feasible. An extension must not displace another reservation or bypass access controls. If the time cannot be restored, Caddie Corner credits the affected rental bill; if prepaid, that adjustment is refunded to the original payment method, not made compulsory store credit. The rental adjustment equals the affected bay-rental charge multiplied by verified lost playing minutes divided by scheduled playing minutes (the reservation block less the five-minute cleanup allowance), capped at the affected rental charge. Customer lateness and scheduled cleanup are not downtime. Delivered food, drinks, and other delivered services are not automatically refunded.
If the Company cannot provide a reserved service, it refunds the undelivered rental service unless the customer agrees to reschedule. Service-failure remedies are not membership rollovers. Complete loss of the after-hours benefit is adjusted from the first unavailable day: monthly-plan next-bill credit, with an unused closure credit refunded if no later bill; annual-plan proportionate refund. The Membership Agreement controls detailed accounting.
9. Unattended operation and alcohol
Employees, attendants, and security personnel may not be on site. Remote assistance may not be immediate. Do not assume that anyone is watching a camera, checking a message, or able to intervene. Use the facility only when you can participate safely and summon assistance when necessary.
No alcohol may be brought in, served, accessed, or consumed during unattended after-hours periods. Do not carry alcoholic drinks over from staffed service into an unattended session. No behind-the-bar access or removal of alcohol, food, or supplies. Do not enter or participate while impaired by alcohol, drugs, or another condition that makes participation unsafe.
10. Safe golf use and condition checks
Inspect the bay, screen, mat, clubs, balls, and visible equipment before use. Report pre-existing damage or unsafe conditions before playing. Use only approved balls and equipment and the provided operating instructions. Only one person may swing within the hitting area; all others must remain clear. Swing only in the designated area toward the screen. No horseplay, club throwing, unsafe swings, or entry into another person's swing area.
Do not move or adjust projectors, launch monitors, screens, computers, wiring, or protective barriers. Do not install software, change protected settings, or attempt repairs. Perform only user-level resets expressly allowed in the operating instructions. Keep permitted nonalcoholic drinks and food away from equipment and in designated locations. Return equipment, remove trash, and leave the bay reasonably clean.
Do not use the facility if power loss, failed lighting, a damaged exit, a security failure, or another condition makes use unsafe. Stop play, leave safely, report the issue, and follow Company directions before returning. No sleeping, overnight lodging, or lingering outside an authorized reservation period.
11. Damage caused by a customer's conduct
The customer who causes damage through negligent, reckless, intentional, abusive, or improper conduct, or a causative violation of facility rules, is responsible for the resulting reasonable, documented direct repair or equivalent-value replacement cost. This includes affected simulator components and other Company equipment, fixtures, furniture, doors, access systems, cameras, and facility property.
This responsibility does not cover ordinary wear and tear, pre-existing damage, product defects, or equipment failure during proper ordinary use not caused by the customer's conduct. Equipment breaking during a reservation is not, by itself, proof of customer responsibility. An After-Hours Guest is responsible under this Section for damage caused by their own conduct. A booking Pro member is not automatically responsible for damage caused solely by an After-Hours Guest's conduct. The booking Pro member is responsible for damage to the extent it results from the member's own conduct, including admitting an unregistered person, leaving guests on site without the member, or knowingly permitting a rule violation described in Section 4.5.
Repair charges must be reasonably necessary to restore the damaged item to its pre-incident condition and may include documented parts, labor, and necessary calibration. If an item cannot be repaired, the replacement-equipment charge is limited to an item of equivalent function and equal pre-damage value, accounting for the original item's age and condition. It will not include the cost of upgrading equipment or an automatic new-for-old replacement. There is no automatic fine or lost-revenue charge under this Addendum.
The Company will provide an itemized invoice or estimate and the basis for a damage assessment, with reasonably available supporting information subject to other people's privacy. The customer has seven (7) calendar days from delivery to submit a dispute to melissa@caddiecorner.pub. An undisputed assessment is due fourteen (14) calendar days after delivery. A timely disputed portion is reviewed before collection; the review outcome and any applicable payment date are communicated in writing. A later card charge requires a separately accepted damage-charge authorization and compliance with law and payment-provider requirements; ordinary booking payment or recurring-dues consent is not unlimited authorization. No duplicate recovery is permitted.
Immediately stop using and report equipment you damage or discover to be unsafe. Do not conceal damage or continue play in a manner that worsens it. Failure to report may lead to access discipline; financial responsibility remains tied to conduct and resulting loss.
12. Video surveillance and enforcement
Caddie Corner uses cameras configured for continuous 24-hour video recording of all simulator bays and the bar area, including unattended periods. There are no surveillance microphones, facial-recognition features, or live monitoring. Cameras are not installed in restrooms or other private areas. Outages or coverage gaps may interrupt recording. Recording does not provide supervision or guarantee emergency assistance. The separate Privacy Policy describes routine retention of no more than 30 days, longer incident/legal preservation, access restrictions, and permitted disclosures.
Reports of equipment, security, and damage issues are submitted through the member portal/app for review by the membership manager/lead. The portal/app provides contact details and instructions. A report is not a guarantee of immediate response; call 911 first for an emergency. Marketing photo/video consent and leaderboard participation each require their own optional opt-in.
Caddie Corner reserves the right, at any time, to refuse admission, stop participation, remove a person, suspend privileges, terminate membership, or impose a temporary or permanent ban for any lawful, nondiscriminatory reason. Prior warning is not required where action is appropriate, including safety, security, misconduct, nonpayment, credential abuse, or operational concerns. This discretion does not authorize unlawful discrimination, retaliation, denial of legally required accommodations, or retention of money contrary to the accepted financial terms or applicable law. Credentials may be disabled during a reasonable investigation or to secure an account. The Company will communicate its decision and review contact when practicable.
Temporary suspension pauses billing, with already-paid monthly suspension days credited to the next bill and eligible annual suspension days proportionately refunded under the Membership Agreement. On a Company-imposed ban or permanent membership termination, future recurring dues stop and prepaid, unstarted future reservations affected by the ban are canceled and refunded. Unused current-period membership dues and the unused part of a session already underway are not refunded merely because of a ban, except where applicable law requires a refund or a separately applicable service-failure remedy applies. Documented damage is assessed separately; a ban does not authorize additional undisclosed fines. This ban rule is distinct from voluntary annual early cancellation.
13. Emergency and operational contacts
For a medical emergency, fire, crime in progress, or immediate threat, CALL 911 FIRST. Give the address below, stop play, and follow dispatch and evacuation instructions. Do not confront intruders, obstruct responders, or delay calling 911 to reach management.
