CADDIE CORNER GIFT CARD TERMS

The Caddie Corner, LLC, doing business as Caddie Corner ("Caddie Corner," "we," "our," or "us"), 650 W Tuscarawas Ave, Barberton, OH 44203. Questions: events@caddiecorner.pub or 330.227.8326.

1. Issuer and processing. Caddie Corner gift cards are issued by The Caddie Corner, LLC and issued, loaded, redeemed and processed through the Toast point-of-sale system. These terms apply to physical and electronic Caddie Corner gift cards. Buying, receiving or using a gift card means accepting these terms.

2. Where to buy. Gift cards are sold at the venue and online through the gift card link on our website, caddiecorner.pub.

3. What a gift card can be used for. A gift card is redeemable only at The Caddie Corner, 650 W Tuscarawas Ave, Barberton, Ohio, for food, drink, retail merchandise and games, including bay time and competition entry fees, when paid through Toast at the venue. Gift cards are redeemed at the venue and cannot be used for purchases made in the Caddie Corner app, such as memberships, Pro after-hours golf bookings, league registration fees, private-event deposits, or late-cancellation or no-show fees. Alcohol purchases remain subject to age verification and responsible-service rules.

4. Bay Pass discontinued. Bay Pass is discontinued and is no longer sold. Caddie Corner gift cards are the only stored-value product offered.

5. No cash value. A gift card is not a credit or debit card and has no cash value. It cannot be redeemed for cash, and no cash back or change is given except where required by law.

6. Balance. Each purchase is deducted from the card balance. If a purchase exceeds the balance, the difference must be paid by another accepted payment method. Check a balance with staff at the check-in counter, on the receipt, or through the gift card link on our website.

7. Lost, stolen or damaged cards. Treat a gift card like cash. Caddie Corner is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards or for use without the holder's permission, except where required by law.

8. Expiration and fees. Gift cards purchased from Caddie Corner do not expire. No dormancy, inactivity, service or other fees are charged that reduce a gift card's balance.

9. Promotional and prize cards. Cards given without payment, such as promotional cards and competition prize cards, are marked as promotional. A promotional card may carry an expiration date, which is shown on the card or in the email or receipt that delivers it. After that date, the promotional value can no longer be used. Section 8 does not apply to promotional cards.

10. Refusal and fraud. Caddie Corner may refuse, freeze or cancel a gift card that was obtained, sold or used fraudulently or without authorization, subject to applicable law.

11. Refunds of gift card purchases. A gift card purchase is not refundable except where required by law. A refund of an item paid with a gift card is returned to the gift card.

12. Changes and law. Caddie Corner may update these terms for gift cards sold after the update, subject to applicable law. The version in effect when a card was purchased or issued applies to that card's existing balance. These terms are governed by Ohio law, and nonwaivable rights are preserved.
